Scuba Shaker

AI_Shaker

This shaker card was made with a penguin from Art Impressions.  The fish background is recycled from a box of coasters.  (The paper is actually blurry so that’s why it looks ‘out of focus’.)  The frame was cut from a die from My Favorite Things.

This card is for the following challenges:

Simon Says Monday Challenge – Recycle/Upcycle – http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/mondaychallenge/

Art Impression Challenge 178 – Shake, Rattle & Roll – http://artimpressionsstamps.blogspot.com/2016/02/challenge-178-shake-rattle-roll-plus-3.html

  1. What a charming card you’ve made here! I had to blink a couple of times to see if my eyes were blurry or if your paper was! Ha, ha! But I really love the effect of your recycled background because it looks perfectly watery! And the idea of making an ocean as the backdrop for a shaker card was really clever. I like the blurry background and how it pairs with the crisp, clear and adorable penguin. Way to utilize that box! Thanks so much for sharing your work with us for this week’s Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!

  2. SUPER cute shaker card!!! I love the paper you used for the background of your shaker and it is perfect with the penguin! Thanks so much for sharing your talents with us at Art Impressions!
